My name is Ann Gillespie and I am PreserveLegacies.

I’ve worked for the National Park Service both as a ranger and as a collections curator. I’ve worked as a historian and as an architectural historian. I’ve spent years researching history, the built environment, my own family, and other topics. I’ve also spent years taking pictures and gathering family pictures and documents from a number of sources. I’m definitely not anywhere close to an expert photographer. I do understand how photos and information, and sharing these things with interested family members, can become overwhelming.

Several elements of my diverse background come together in PreserveLegacies.
